Every year for the kids' birthdays they wake up to "Greta" our Birthday (Grizzly)Bear. She holds the special golden ribbon (found at Costco)that is weaved thru the house leading to the 1st birthday gift. Then througout the day they recieve other birthday gifts.
I love this tradition we have started with our kids. I remember as a child I only got gifts at night time after dinner and cake. Now that I'm older with kids of my own, I want to celebrate this special day ALL day long. Pin It
