{The Creative Homemakers}

Angela. . . a SAHM-ommy of 2 boys and 2 girls, and wife to 1 awesome man, Rod.
I am my kids' mom, my husband's girlfriend, my house's keeper, and a loyal friend. I love to create beautiful things and beautiful people. I'm a sign language educational interpreter by profession.

I am a creative person, always thinking of new things to make or do. But time is precious with important little people to "mold". So I have TONS of un-finished projects sitting in cubbies, just waiting to be finsihed (and blogged about!). Sorry, my children and husband are far more important, and those un-finished projects just have to wait sometimes. (I'm an extreme perfectionist unfortunately, so most things take me a very long time, and hard work, to complete!)

Heather. . .  a SAHM-ommy of four- 3 girls and 1 boy.
I Love to, & was born to CRAFT!
I love to use just about anything {wood/fabric/paper. . . } to create a work of art. It's fun to see something so simple & plain become so beautiful (& useful). What a great way to bless our life or someone else's!
 I love that I get to craft just about everyday.
What a Blessing!

What makes us who we are... We're both members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, AKA "Mormons".
We believe that families are eternal, and that we are ALL children of a loving Heavenly Father (AKA God). We know that our Savior, Jesus Christ (God's Son) made it possible for us to be able to overcome sin and death so that we can someday live back in our Heavenly Father's presence, along with those most precious to us.  We know that this is part of our Heavenly Father's plan for us, His children. And that FAMILIES are such a vital part of that plan.

We know that we can find true JOY in this life and life to come, by living the principles of the gospel of Jesus Christ.  As mothers we feel it our special and most wonderful duty and privilage to raise our children with a higher standard, and a knowledge of who they really are.

"The Creative Homemaker" site is for everyone, not just for those who share our same faith.  We know we share so much that is religious or LDS centered.  It's just who we are, and how we do things.  Our religion is not just something we do on Sundays.  It's the WAY we LIVE everyday.  And the way we live brings us happiness and joy.  We hope that ALL will enjoy visiting our blog, and will feel inspired in some way.  Thank you for coming!
