This is a great month to be able to ponder {& put it in writing} about how truely blessed we are! I was inspired to create a Blessing Box where our family can put our [thankful] thoughts.
I got this chest at Graples (my sister-in-law owns this great Home Decor store) in Nampa. And the wood was thin enough to use a box knife to cut a small hole.
I then cut paper (2 1/2"x2 1/2") in different colors for each family member with their name stamped in the corner.
Every day we will all get the opportunity to write something down & put it in the treasure box.
[At the end of the month I will be doing another idea with them-hope you check back]

Great idea Heather! Can you send me a private message with what you are doing at the end of the month? I think I would like to do this in seminary with my kids, but I would like to know what you are going to do with it at the end...thanks for all your great ideas, you are wonderful!
